Kraig and Morgan tie the knot this summer in Mount Pleasant, South Carlolina
There’s something about Charleston that just makes engagement sessions feel extra magical, and Kraig and Morgan’s session was no exception. These two are getting married in May, and after spending an evening with them, I can already tell their wedding is going to be something truly special. Its extra special when we have a lot in common and mesh perfectly! It will make for natural, stunning photos.
We explored some of Charleston’s most charming spots, from the cobblestone streets to the quiet corners with dreamy golden light filtering through the oak trees. They showed up looking incredible—Morgan in the most effortlessly blended casual and formal dress and Kraig with that classic, put-together style. But more than that, they showed up ready to have fun, and it made all the difference. Their session was full of laughter, sweet little moments, and that kind of connection you can’t fake. After their engagement session, we sat down at a local coffee shop (Bakehouse Charleston off E Bay Street; its amazing and you should try it for sure!!) to go over the fun details of wedding day. I was soooo thrilled when Morgan told me her wedding day color scheme and vibe. Its going to be incredibly elegant.
One of my favorite things about them is how they just fit together so effortlessly. You can see it in the way Kraig looks at Morgan and how she lights up around him. They have that perfect mix of deep friendship and crazy-in-love energy, which makes my job easy. These two are seriously adorable.
Their wedding this May is going to be such a beautiful celebration, and if their engagement session was any indication, it’s going to be filled with joy, love, and probably some really great dance moves. I’m already counting down the days until I get to capture them saying, “I do!”
Kraig and Morgan, I couldn’t be happier for you two! Here’s to the last few months of engagement and all the excitement leading up to your big day. It’s going to be amazing!
